Fact Check: This Viral Video Of Snow In Makkah Is Fake!

Everyone knows it’s been snowing all over different regions of Saudi Arabia, but Makkah is definitely not one of them.

This video of snowfall in the Holy Mosque has been circulating all over social media

Although it looks real, the video was edited to make rainfall in the city look like snow. Officials have urged to remove the video from social media, as spreading false new in the Kingdom is a punishable act.
