Newcastle United Make Their First Trip To Jeddah For A Warm Weather Training Camp

England’s Newcastle United is travelling for the first time to Saudi Arabia for a week-long warm weather training camp

The team is currently en route to Jeddah city and will stay in for a week-long training. NUFC plans to partake in a friendly match against Saudi Pro League leaders, Al-Ittihad this Friday.

The Kingdom’s warm weather serves as an advantage to many European football clubs, flying in to practice in the warm desert heat

 Famous clubs like Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético Madrid and Athletic Bilbao have all visited Saudi Arabia this past month as part of the Supercopa de España competition.
