Jeddah keeps throwing surprises at you, no matter how well you think you know it. As it turns out, there’s this super cool Geological Education Museum at King Abdulaziz University that’s a treasure trove of rare minerals, rocks, meteorites, and even a dino skull!

This rad museum has been around since 1977, holding thousands of precious goodies from all over Saudi Arabia and beyond.

They’ve got everything from sedimentary and metamorphic rocks to volcanic samples from the Jabal Al-Malsa volcano!

The museum is all about educating the next gen of geology enthusiasts and researchers. It’s like a science buff’s dreamland!

So, if you’re into minerals, rocks, and all things geological, you’ve got to swing by the museum at King Abdulaziz University. And the best part – visiting hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., so you’ve got all day to geek out!
