Beit Jokhdar Beit Al Rayess and Beit Kedwan have all been converted into boutquie hotels, and guess what? They’re accepting reservations. But they don’t come cheap—staying in luxury in a setting as beautiful as this comes with a price. The cheapest stay you could score here is about SR2,200 for a night.

This whole gig was launched by the Jeddah Historic District Program, with a nod from the Ministry of Culture and a partnership with Al-Balad Development Co.
