A Cafe In Al Asir Province Has Been Shut Down For Serving Shisha To Children

Saudi Arabia’s National Tobacco Control Committee has shut down a local cafe for serving shisha to children.

A raid took place after they received an anonymous tip about the place

Several items found in its premises before shutting it down.

In 2014, a report about cafes serving shisha to young children in Jeddah and several other cities in the kingdom was also reported.

At the time, many Saudis called on authorities to take strict action against public restaurants and cafes that allowed kids to smoke shisha.
