This Saudi Princess Has Opened Up Another Gym In The Kingdom And Looks Like It’s Going To Be A Hit With The Ladies

HH Princess Reema Bint Bandar Bin Sultan, the president of the Community Sports Union and advocate for women’s rights to physical education in the Kingdom, has opened a fancy new gym in Jeddah. The Studio 5 fitness centre aims to motivate women in Saudi to participate in exercising to maintain a healthier lifestyle. 

Studio 5 gym is going to be based on electronic registrations and schedules sport sessions 

According to reports, the gym will offer its members a special e-account where they can schedule the classes they participate in and the hours/dates they choose to go. 

Last week, the president of Saudi’s Olympic Committee, Turki Al- Sheikh issued a decree that appointed Her Highness Princess Reema as the president of the Saudi Federation for Community Sports. 

And she’s the first female in the country to head a sports federation.

Earlier this year, the Kingdom announced allowing the study of physical education for women in schools 

Thanks to Saudi’s HRH Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud, General Authority for Sports’ first female vice president, new reforms on women’s gyms and fitness centers will be legal in 2017.
