Kuwait recently topped a survey by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for having the least physically active nation in the world.<\/p>\n

However, did you know that Saudi Arabia actually came third on that list?<\/p>\n

53% of Saudi’s population fails to hit recommended exercise targets<\/h3>\n

That’s a little more than half of the Kingdom’s population. We can almost hear your double gasps too.<\/p>\n

Kuwait, who topped the list of the world’s top 20 least physically active nations, has a staggering 67% of its people who barely work out- or don’t at all.<\/p>\n
