With the Saudi Green Initiative (SGI) Forum currently underway in Riyadh, we take a look at Saudi Arabia’s attempts to combat climate change.<\/p>\n

1. Planting 10 Billion Trees<\/h2>\n

Saudi Arabia is literally turning the desert green with this initiative rehabilitating some 40 million<\/a> hectares in the process. They’ve already planted 10 million trees under the ‘Let’s Make it Green’ initiative across the country.<\/p>\n
