Queer Eye star Tan France, who originally hails from Pakistan, is using his name and fame to represent Pakistan positively to the world. The father of one recently attended the prestigious Emmy Awards last night donning a dazzling number by Pakistan’s very own designer, Mohsin Naveed Ranjha.

The star was seen in an emerald green suit that featured gold flake-like work on the shoulders. The pants had a very Pakistani or Aladdin-like twist to it with orange, pulling the look together. Tan France paired the look with a subtle yellow shirt and his signature salt-and-pepper hair, looking effortlessly glamourous.

Taking to social media, Tan France shared: “Queer Eye made history last night. The show won its 5th Consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Structured Reality Program. What an incredible ride Mohsin Naveed Ranjha, thanks for my beautiful, Pakistani Inspired suit!!”

He also posted pictures with his Queer Star colleagues as they celebrated the win. In another video, Tan France created a reel of his day at the Emmy Awards ceremony and captioned it: “The day Queer Eye made history, I made my first reel. I’m sorry I’ve been forced to be *that* person now.”

The Queer Eye celebrity is a regular with Mohsin Naveed Ranjha numbers and was seen wearing a white outfit by the designer for Eid, which he matches with his husband, Rob France and son, Ismail France.

Tan France, originally born as Tanveer Wasim, is a Pakistani-British fashion designer, television personality, and author. His interest in fashion began at a young age, inspired by the Disney clothing that was made in his grandparents’d denim factory where he worked. After graduating from college, he began to work as designer and director for Zara, Selfridges and many others to further improve his knowledge of the wholesale business of retail and manufacturing.
