Big news on the Sudanese Certificate exams! A recent press released showed the Deputy Chairman of the Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Agar, reviewing the plan to resume the long-postponed examinations, which are now set to take place this December 2024.
This announcement comes after months of delays caused by the ongoing conflict, highlighting the Sudan’s determination to rebuild its education system.

The Sudanese Certificate exams are officially scheduled to happen next month, marking a critical step forward for students across Sudan. With registration already closed and schedules released, the process is well underway for students who were unable to sit for them last April when the war broke out.

Dr. Ahmed Khalifa Omar, Acting Minister of Education, reaffirmed the Ministry’s readiness to advance Sudan’s education sector. The plans include rebuilding the education system through digital transformation, e-learning initiatives, enhanced learning environments, teacher training programs, and improved classroom infrastructure across the country.
