Ramadan is all about coming together… and Al-Futtaim IKEA Oman truly leaned all the way in this year.
From the moment guests walked in, the space felt transformed. The IKEA Restaurant was glowing with lanterns, beautifully ornamented textiles, and thoughtfully styled table settings designed to elevate every Iftar gathering. From curated Ramadan décor pieces to elegant tableware, every detail reflected IKEA’s belief that the home is where life’s most meaningful moments unfold.
And this season, it wasn’t just about how the table looked… it was about what was served on it too.

Guests enjoyed live cooking stations… including the iconic Lamb Ouzi, alongside a generous spread of hot and cold mezze, desserts, and refreshing beverages, all at prices designed for the many.
The buffet is priced at OMR 8.9 for adults (OMR 6.9 for IKEA Family members), OMR 2.9 for kids aged 6–12, while children 5 and under dine for free. As an added bonus, guests will also receive a OMR 1.5 voucher with every buffet purchase.
But the evening was about more than just food.
The event brought the Ramadan spirit to life with interactive workshops, interior styling tips, suhoor meal prep sessions led by IKEA chefs, henna art, live oud music, and a shared Iftar tasting experience. It was a true reflection of IKEA’s commitment to celebrating both the small talk moments and the big gestures that define the season… at home and within the community.
With a minimum pre-order of 10 boxes placed 24 hours in advance, customers could distribute them personally or choose to do so with IKEA’s support.
For those wanting to take the flavours home, a 4kg Lamb Shuwa takeaway was available for OMR 25 (OMR 19 for IKEA Family members), ordered 24 hours in advance. Ready-to-cook mezze items were also available at the Swedish Food Market for OMR 2.5 each — perfect for effortless Iftar prep at home.
At its heart, the Ramadan experience served as a reminder that IKEA isn’t just about furniture, it’s about stories, connection, generosity, and creating spaces where togetherness thrives.
And this Ramadan, Al-Futtaim IKEA Oman made sure every detail — on the table and beyond — truly counted.
