Muscat Municipality Opened Doors for Muttrah’s Next Big Commercial Spot
Big news for Muttrah! Muscat Municipality just dropped a fresh investment tender for a brand new commercial development, and it’s all happening on Plot 271, Block M/2. The project covers a cool 2,011.65 square meters and comes with plans for a shiny commercial building plus plenty of public parking.
Muscat Municipality invited investors
The municipality is rolling out the red carpet for investors, with a contract that lasts a whopping 20 years. This move is all about boosting investment and giving Muttrah a modern commercial facelift, right in line with the city’s approved plans.
