The North Al Batinah Municipal Council recently held a lively meeting, diving into proposals and requests aimed at sprucing up the governorate’s infrastructure and services. They also took a deep dive into the labor sector’s performance, ensuring everything is running smoothly for the community.
During their recent session, the council diligently reviewed a variety of service requests and insightful proposals. These initiatives were all geared towards enhancing vital infrastructure and delivering top-notch services across the entire governorate.
The council also meticulously went over responses received from various government entities, offering valuable perspectives. Specialists from the Directorate General of Labour in North Al Batinah provided a detailed visual presentation, highlighting the statistical performance of the labor sector from January to May 2024.
Chaired by Mohammed Sulaiman Al Kindi, the Governor of North Al Batinah, the meeting tackled some critical projects head-on. Discussions included a proposal to build a much-needed box culvert tunnel on the Al Batinah Coastal Road in Asrar Bani Amr, Wilayat of Shinas.
Another significant item on the agenda was a request for essential maintenance work on the Al Breek – Halhal road, located in the Wilayat of Al Khabourah. These proactive steps demonstrate the council’s commitment to improving daily life and connectivity for residents.
