Oman is about to make history as Etlaq Spaceport prepares for the region’s very first public rocket launch, and the excitement is building! This groundbreaking event will give visitors the chance to watch the rocket lift off live – a thrilling experience that’s been reserved for select places around the world until now. The launch, which will be Oman’s second rocket mission, will feature the Horus-4 rocket prototype, developed by Advanced Rocket Technologies (ART), a London-based company. Originally scheduled for April 24, the launch has been moved to April 30, giving everyone more time to get ready for this unforgettable event.

Whether you’re a space enthusiast or just looking for something fun to do, there will be something for everyone.
And then, of course, the big moment arrives on April 30. The rocket launch is scheduled for 9 AM, and the fan zone will be open early from 7:30 AM to 2 PM, so you’ll have plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere and be part of this historic moment. Specialists will be on-site to explain the launch process, so even first-time rocket watchers will feel like experts by the time the countdown begins.
