When I informed the waiter, the manager’s response was shockingly unprofessional—they simply offered to reheat the food instead of replacing it with a fresh meal. No apology, no sense of accountability. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special dinner. I’ve been to many steak restaurants and never experienced such poor treatment. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service and food quality.

Our seafood platter was well worth the money. The, fish and chips is a given. One of my favourite Thai curries is the prawn curry, and it's great when served with white rice. Don't miss it. My nephew had a delicious large chicken burger that he ordered. To make the most of both worlds, alcohol is also served there. Do give it a shot.

And we were about to finish our meal when we had to remind our server that one item from our order was yet to be served which he went into the kitchen and brought out in a couple of minutes, it seemed microwaved. I know this is not usual for this restaurant considering the good reviews and the full restaurant on a mid week night.
