Just after midnight tomorrow night, the UAE will attempt to be the first EVER Arab nation to reach Mars. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Emirates Mars Mission<\/a> will travel a distance of 493.5 MILLION kilometres and it will take 7 months to reach Mars. The probe aims to answer key questions about the global Martian atmosphere, encourage global cooperation for continued space exploration and it will be the first probe to provide a complete picture of the Martian atmosphere and its layers when it reaches the red planet’s orbit in 2021. Launching from Tanegashima\u200b Space Centre in Japan, you can watch it live\u00a0<\/span>at 12.51.27 UAE time on July 15.<\/p>\n
