Saudi Has Raised SR450 Million For Gaza In Just Over A Week
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has launched a national fundraising drive on the Sahem platform to provide humanitarian relief in Gaza.
It’s been just over a week since the drive was launched, and so far the campaign has raised over SR450 million.

King Salman and crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman have also donated SR30 million and SR20 million towards the fundraising drive, respectively.

The highest amount that has been raised on the Sahem platform has been for the Turkey and Syria earthquakes, which raised close to SR524 million, with donations from over 3.4 million people from around the country.
Meanwhile, the death toll in Gaza has crossed over 10,500, with no end in sight as the Israeli attacks continue to pound the strip. The residents of Gaza are currently facing an acute shortage of water, electricity, food, and fuel.
