Saudi Arabia is betting big on its flagship project NEOM. The $500 billion mega-city sits near the Saudi border touching the peripherals of Egypt and Jordan. Saudi Arabia is leaving no stone unturned to attract the best of workers and investors.

One of the latest of such initiatives is a VIP document that will exempt workers and investors from several laws that are prevalent in the country.

According to the Arabian Business, holders of the document will also be allowed to travel freely without a visa to Egypt and Jordan.

The kind of laws that holders of this document be exempted from is still not known.

It is, however, reported that the document has been approved by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as Neom anticipates thousands of workers and investors in the coming years.
