Ras Al Khaimah Police have announced a temporary ban on flying drones and light sport aircraft across the UAE due to the current exceptional circumstances.
In an official notice shared by authorities, the public was informed that operating drones or light sport aircraft is currently prohibited until further notice.

The restriction applies to all users, including hobbyists, photographers and anyone operating drones for recreational or professional purposes.
Authorities stressed that everyone must comply with the decision, and warned that violations may lead to legal action in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

Residents across the UAE are advised to follow official instructions and avoid operating drones during this period.
