RIP: A Man Has Been Buried Alive In RAK
Sad news emerging from Ras Al Khaimah.
A Pakistani construction worker has been buried alive in the Dahan area.
The man was digging a hole a worker’s construction site when sand fell on him, causing him to fall into the hole.
Civil defense received a call at approximately 11am on Saturday and rushed to rescue him, however the man had died before they reached the site.
The body has been moved to a lab and the death is under investigation, according to Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaabi, Director of the Department of Civil Defense.
