Ras Al Khaimah Police have officially rolled out their Ramadan security plan across the emirate. The move comes as part of efforts to ensure a safe and smooth holy month for residents and visitors. Authorities confirmed that teams are fully prepared to manage crowds, traffic flow, and public safety throughout Ramadan.

Residents can expect to see increased police presence, especially around mosques during prayer times, shopping areas, and main roads before iftar. The goal is to ease congestion, prevent reckless driving, and maintain order during peak hours when streets are typically at their busiest.

Police also issued a clear warning against begging and illegal activities that tend to increase during Ramadan. Traffic violations will be closely monitored, particularly speeding and dangerous driving before sunset. Emergency teams will remain on duty 24/7 — residents can call 999 for emergencies and 901 for non-emergencies.
