Strengthening oversight and regulation

The law introduces a clear regulatory framework to better monitor and evaluate compliance assessment bodies. This helps improve the effectiveness of technical oversight and ensures that businesses follow the required standards.

Who is responsible?

Ras Al Khaimah Municipality has been assigned as the authority responsible for assessing the qualifications of compliance assessment bodies and overseeing their work. This step is expected to support fair competition and raise overall standards in the market.
