Construction on the highly anticipated Wynn resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has officially resumed after a brief pause, according to Wynn Resorts.
The project, which is set to become one of the most ambitious tourism developments in the region, is moving forward again with work continuing on the massive waterfront resort.

Wynn Resorts confirmed that construction temporarily paused before resuming operations. The company said additional safety measures have been put in place to ensure the wellbeing of workers and staff on site.
The development continues to move ahead as part of Ras Al Khaimah’s rapidly expanding tourism and hospitality sector.

The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort is expected to include luxury hotel rooms, entertainment venues, dining outlets, and a wide range of leisure experiences.
Once completed, the resort is expected to attract visitors from around the world and play a major role in boosting tourism in Ras Al Khaimah.
The landmark resort is currently scheduled to open in early 2027 and is already considered one of the most talked-about projects in the UAE hospitality industry.
With construction back on track, the development continues to shape the future of tourism in Ras Al Khaimah.
