200 Israeli Passengers Were Temporarily Denied Entry At DXB Due To Visa Confusions

According to The Jerusalem Post, 200 Dubai-bound Israeli passengers were held up at the DXB airport as a result of visa entry issues.

Passengers first complained of this incident on Sunday, December 5 when Israeli passengers were temporarily denied entry into Dubai and were detained in the airport “due to a change in visa regulations forbidding them from entering.”

Passengers with non-Israeli citizenship were allowed into the country. The passengers with Israeli citizenship were allowed into the country after filling out an E-visa form.

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, DXB officers were able to swiftly solve the visa issue for most tourists.

Post the visa regulation amends implemented from Sunday, December 5, ALL Israeli tourists will only be granted entry into the UAE after filling out an E-visa form

Also, it’s worth noting that Flydubai is all set to add a third daily flight between Dubai International Airport and Tel Aviv’s Ben-Gurion starting December 10, due to the unprecedented demand.
