due to\u00a0public safety conditions and procedures not being well observed at the site by the contractor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was found guilty of the accidental death that occurred due to fatal injuries the worker received after concrete had fallen on his head.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The contractor has continuously denied the accusations and said it was mainly fate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He made claims that it was misfortunate, since the foreman is usually constantly on watch apart from that particular moment when it happened.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been adjourned until further
