5. Children Get To Go To Aramco’s Prestigious School

The school is one of the oldest English schools in the country and is renowned for its world-class education and state-of-the-art facilities.

6. Death Benefit

Aramco pays a year of base salary to the next of kin in case of the death of an employee.

7. 38 Days Annual Vacation

While most companies in the country offer 30, Saudi Aramco offers 38 along with an extra two to four days for travel. This is in addition to the Eid and national day holidays.

8. Stay At One Of Aramco’s Fab Residential Compounds

One step in and you’ll feel like you’re in a different country. Aramco has four of such massive mini-city like compounds in the Eastern part of the country.
