According to the Spectators Index, Saudi Arabia has been ranked second globally in the best countries to invest in 2019.

The World Bank identified four factors that motivate corporates to invest in other countries, which are natural resources and markets that enable them to reach new consumers. Besides, the efficiency to reduce production costs and strategic assets such as technology, branding, and distribution channels.

The list of the best countries to invest is based on a global survey of nearly 7000 business decision-makers, to rank counties as per eight key features including corrupt, dynamic, economically stable, entrepreneurial, favorable tax environment, innovative, skilled labor force, and technological expertise.

Uruguay topped the list followed by Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, Luxembourg, and then India
