The Jouf province which is normally known for its remarkable history and agricultural produce has a unique culture that is distinct to the rest of the country. One aspect of its culture has to do with the way people do their iftar.

In Jouf, neighbours have a communal iftar. They gather together at a place, bring whatever iftar they cooked at home and eat together.

The tradition has passed on from generation to generation.

They do that while many of us do this.
