A Saudi Couple Donated Their Entire Wedding Budget To Rebuilding A Village In Djibouti

Weddings can be really expensive but, for the most part, everyone is happy to spend that amount of money on what is going to the one of the most important moments of their lives.

But a Saudi couple decided to spend their entire wedding budget on something even more important

The couple donated their wedding budget to a humanitarian mission to improve the living conditions in a village in Djibouti.

The bride is now sharing her experience and hoping it encourages more people to give back to the global community

The donated money was used to restore many houses in the village as well as to build additional ones. A water pipe was addied to enable water directly being accessible to the homes in the community. A school was also built!
