A Saudi Domestic Flight Had to Turn Back After A Passenger Nearly Choked Inflight

A Saudi flight had to turn back after there was an alert that a passenger was choking on the flight.

A Saudi nurse on board came to the rescue after she heard a woman calling for help

Fifteen minutes into the Saudia flight from Ha’il to Riyadh a woman began choking on her tongue and having difficulty breathing.

The nurse rushed to help and also alerted flight crew members to the urgency of the situation and told them that an emergency landing was needed to save the passenger’s life.

The woman was immediately transferred to a hospital after the plane made a turn back to Ha’il. The nurse went with her, refusing to resume her flight to Riyadh.
