You’ll probably not find a single restaurant in Makkah with an ambiance that can match this one. The restaurant chain was founded by famous Turkish chef Gurkan Sef after whom the chain is named. The taste of the steaks, burgers and fries is not purely western per se and is hugely influenced by Turkish cuisine maybe that’s why it appeals a lot to the Middle Eastern pallet.
