Burger King’s marketing campaigns are always good enough to make for a case study. Sometimes they successful and sometimes they are not but they are almost always viral.
As the women’s driving ban was lifted in the country many brands resorted to full-blown marketing campaigns but one of the best ones is the one by Burger King – because who doesn’t love free burgers?

To avail the free burger women just have to drive to the drive-thru window at any Burger King outlet to get the free “WhoppHer”. The offer is available for one whole month and will go on till the 24th of July.
According to Ad Age, the brainchild behind the idea was Burger King’s agency in Germany, Grabarz and Partners. They were also behind a previously successful campaign by Burger King that taught a dog how to sniff out Whoppers.
