Colonel Ali Al Zahrani, Eastern Province Traffic Director, has said that traffic violations will be applied on vehicles carrying GCC plates numbers effective next November. He has confirmed that Vehicles will not be allowed to exit through Saudi land ports unless the registered fines are paid.

Colonel Al Zahrani has added through a TV interview, that violators will be monitored at the border exits of Al- Reggae, AL-Khafji, and AL-Batha and will not be allowed to exit through the land borders unless fines are paid in the checking points under traffic departments control.

People’s Tweets

Many people on Twitter confirmed the news through land exits, especially AL-Khafji (Kuwait), where printed regulations have been distributed.

In another tweet, someone commented that it is a guaranteed right and was wondering when his country will apply the same!
