This Year’s Hajj Pilgrims Have Started Arriving In Saudi Arabia

Avatar

Saudi Arabian Airlines’ first Hajj flight of the year arrived early Thursday morning in Madinah.

367 pilgrims from Pakistan became the first to arrive for Hajj to Saudi Arabia this year

Their journey is part of the Makkah Road Initiative, which is aimed at reducing the time pilgrims from around the world spend completing travel documentation at departure and arrival points.

Shortly after, a flight from India brought in 419 pilgrims, also, to Madina.

The pilgrims will stay in the Prophet’s city until mid-July when they will move to Makkah.
