A Heroic Saudi Doctor Treated An Unconscious Man During An Air Canada Flight
Everyone knows the panic of when someone yells ‘is there a doctor on board!’ However, this was a chance to save someone’s life for this special doctor, and that is exactly what she did. Saudi doctor., Dr. Awrad Mohammed Nasrallah was named a hero after helping an unconscious man on an Air Canada flight.
The a scholarship student was able to give the patient IV fluids mid-flight!
The student told Arab News that the patient was suffering hypotension, leading her to administrate IV fluids to help him regain consciousness. Dr. Awrad is actually not only making her name aboard airlines, but is also known for her genius skills in her university. She was actually recognized as one of the top 20 doctors in Alberta, Canada to treat a lung condition known as empyema. She even received the Sr. Mark’s Award from the University of Alberta for her dedication as a member of the general surgery team during the COVID-19 pandemic.
