Hera Shabbir

During the Waqoof-e-Arafah while performing Hajj, a Pakistani woman gave birth to a baby boy at Mount Arafat on Saturday. She went into labor and was quickly taken to Jabal Al-Rahma Hospital. Saudi doctors reported that both mother and baby are healthy and recovering well.

She named her baby ‘Arafah’ to honor the holy site at which she went into labor

Mount Arafat is a significant site where the Prophet delivered his Farewell Sermon during his final pilgrimage. On the ninth day of Zil-Haj, the last month of the Islamic calendar, pilgrims from around the world gather there for prayer and reflection.
