A Relief Convoy Sent By Saudi Arabia To Gaza Has Officially Crossed Rafah Border

Hera Shabbir

Saudi sent its first relief convoy to Gaza through the Rafah border crossing in Egypt just a few days ago. The aid, sent by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center was part of the national Saudi aid campaign for Palestinians in Gaza, launched under the direction of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman earlier this month.

The convoy included goods of shelter relief, food, and other supplies

Another relief plane of aid also arrived in El Arish international airport this Saturday

The fourth plane sent by the Kingdom also carried goods of medical supplies, food, shelter, goods, and relief items.

More than ten thousand people have been killed in Gaza due to violent Israeli military attacks

Saudi sent out the huge convoy of trucks via the Rafah border in order to assist people in Gaza who have been misplaced out of their homes, lost their families, and are also dying of starvation and dehydration. The attacks have been going on for weeks, and multiple Islamic and Middle Eastern countries have called for an immediate ceasefire.
