Local media reports are carrying accounts of a pretty amazing act of generosity by a Saudi man. A few years ago, there was a car crash involving a Jordanian man, and unfortunately, in it, a man lost his life and three others got injured.

A Saudi man, Sa’faq Al Shammari, steps in and pays blood money for the victim’s family and covers the medical bills for the injured trio on behalf of the Jordanian man. He was expecting to get paid later, when the man would be in better financial standing.

That never happened, and the man flies back to Jordan to never return. Sa’faq then decides to take the legal route, filing a lawsuit to get his money back.

Naturally, now, after three years of legal hustle and bustle, the man gets nabbed and thrown into the courtroom.

The judge drops the hammer, ordering the runaway debtor to pay up.

But the convict’s daughter steps in and writes a letter to Sa’faq, pleading with him. Sa’faq, seeing the plight of the family, immediately relents and forgives the entire debt. This man deserves an award, people!
