The platform—described as the first of its kind—was launched by the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.

From prayer times and religious lesson schedules to live chat support and smart navigation through the holy site, the portal ensures a seamless and spiritually uplifting experience for users from around the world.

What sets this portal apart is its integration of smart technologies, including features like interactive maps to help users locate services, prayer areas, and educational sessions within the mosque complex. It also provides instant access to religious guidance—such as how to perform ablution or prayer—via live chat or even video calls with muftis.
