In Trojena, the mountain destination located on Jebel Al-Lawz in Tabuk Province and rising up to 2,600 meters, snow covered the peaks while light rain added to the magical atmosphere. Known for hiking and future skiing plans, the area looked every bit like a winter retreat, proving once again why Tabuk often earns the title of Saudi Arabia’s snow capital.
Meanwhile, rain made its presence felt across several other areas. Bir Bin Hermas, Al-Ayinah, Ammar, and Shaqra and its surrounding suburbs experienced light to moderate rainfall, giving cities a much-needed refresh and adding to the overall winter vibes across the Kingdom.
But the weather surprises may not be over just yet. According to forecasts, there’s a chance of more snowfall, and this time, places further south could be in for the surprise.
