The Saudi Press Agency confirmed 17 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 103.
There have been two recoveries, so the active cases stand at 101.
In a statement via the Ministry of Health, authorities informed the public that of the new infections, 15 are Saudis who had recently travelled, along with one American and one French person.
The individuals are all undergoing an isolation period. It’s worth noting the Ministry of Health are continuously sharing updates, alerting people to how the virus is transmitted and how it can be prevented.
