The reception included Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, SAFF President Yasser Almisehal, and Al-Ahli Chairman Khalid Al-Issa, along with club staff and players.
The Crown Prince congratulated the team on their historic win in the 2025 AFC Champions League Elite, commending their dedication and strong performance as a reflection of the Kingdom’s growing sports excellence.

In a separate meeting in Jeddah, the Crown Prince received Paralympic champion Abdulrahman Al-Qurashi following his gold medal win at the Paris Paralympic Games. Al-Qurashi, who previously earned bronze in Tokyo, was praised for his perseverance and contribution to Saudi sports.
The athlete expressed deep gratitude for the royal recognition, describing the honor as a powerful motivator and a symbol of the unwavering support provided to Saudi athletes.
