SAR10,000 Fine For Not Observing Curfew Will Be Strictly Enforced

The Saudi curfew begins today from 7pm and if you don’t adhere to it, you could be fined.

This follows the recent updates that a curfew will be implemented across The Kingdom to curb the spread of COVID-19.

The Saudi curfew fines are as follows:

SAR10,000 if you break the law the first time

SAR20,000 if you break the law a second time

The curfew will last 21 days

  1. It will begin at 7pm in the evening until 6am in the morning
  2. All necessary measures will be taken to implement the curfew by the Ministry of Interiors
  3. There are some exceptions. Employees of vital public and private sectors whose work requires continued performance during the curfew period are exempt (including employees of the security, military and media sectors, and workers in the sensitive health and service sectors, for which a detailed statement will be issued by the Ministry of Interior)
