During this year’s Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi, 251 large electric vehicles have been deployed to assist elderly and physically challenged pilgrims in their Hajj rituals the Holy Kaaba and in the Grand Mosque.

The General Authority for Care and Management of the Two Holiest Mosques has announced that this round-the-clock service will also facilitate pilgrims in performing the ritual S’ai between the hills of Safa and Marwa, situated in the eastern part of the Grand Mosque in Mecca.

It’s also free of charge to those who need it!

For those seeking to use this service, the cost is SR100 for both Tawaf (Kaaba encircling) and S’ai. However, the cart service is provided free of charge for physically challenged worshippers, making it easier for everyone to participate in these significant rituals.
