Football Star Ivan Rakitić Raves About How Riyadh Has Become Home For His Family

Considering the huge influx of foreign footballers making their way to Saudi Arabia, it’s only normal that the public perception of the Kingdom transforms. What was previously seen as a mere country of dunes and conservative living, has now been publicly named one of the most iconic tourism hubs and developed cities of the Middle East.

Football Star Ivan Rakitić recently attested this notion that Saudi Arabia is far more than what is publicly perceived. He gushed about his family life in the capital of Riyadh after being signed to Riyadh’s famous Al Shabab FC. 

Ivan talked about how he observed how happy people in the Kingdom really are!

Ivan mentioned he was initially afraid to move to the Kingdom due to the perception showed in Europe. But to his surprise, on a recent episode of the MicsPod Podcast, the player gushed about how welcoming and happy the people in the capital have been to him and his family, making it a place he’s proud to call home.

Ivan was also seen enjoying the Founding Day festivities last month in this cool fit!
