Four Pakistani Snooker Stars Advance To Finals And Semi-Finals In Riyadh Championship

Four of Pakistan’s snooker superstars have remained unbeaten throughout the tournament and have impressively advanced to the semi-finals.

In the 6 Reds event, Asjad Iqbal and Awais Munir have secured spots in the semi-finals

 

Iqbal triumphed over Qatar’s Mhanaa Alobaidli with a commanding 5-0 victory in the quarter-finals. Munir also impressed, defeating Hong Kong China’s Fung Kwok Wai 5-2.

The semi-final will feature a Munir and Iqbal face off, ensuring a Pakistani player in the final

Meanwhile, Ahsan Ramzan and Muhammad Hasnain have made it to the last four of the U21 championship. In the U21 event, Hasnain narrowly defeated India’s Ranveer Duggal 4-3 in the quarter-finals, while Ramzan bested Saudi Arabia’s Ziyad Alqabbani 4-1. Should Ramzan and Hasnain win their respective semi-finals, they will compete against each other in the final.
