Big projects and attractions are coming sooner than you think and could be your next vacay destination! AMAALA – 2027

This mega-project by Red Sea Global is taking luxury to a whole new level. AMAALA, located on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast, will feature over three thousand hotel rooms and cover an area of 3,800 square kilometers. The site will actually be a sustainable hub that promotes and incorporates sustainable living, design, and operations. The construction of this project has already begun and will open doors to the public by 2027.

Oxagon – 2025

This iconic project was one of the first projects announced by NEOM city. It is actually known to be the first business hub of Neom, and will attract thousands of people! The city will host around 90 thousand residents, and aims to create over 70 thousand jobs by 2030! Oxagon is also going to be all about sustainability, and will be the first city in the world got run on clean energy and zero carbon emissions. Stay tuned because, YOTEL was recently announced as the first official hotel in the city, set to open in 2025! Looks like you’ll be booking tickets for Oxagon very soon! 👀

Project Sama – 2025

Get ready to take a fancy cruise across the GCC because this 183-meter luxury boat is set to be completed over the next two years!Project Sama was developed by the hotel brand Aman in a collab with with Cruise Saudi. It has 50 suites with private balconies, a spa, and even its own Japanese garden!

TROJENA – 2026

Get ready for some extreme winter sports because this snow utopia is set to open by 2026! The snowy utopia is going to open up facilities of skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, and some amazing views! Best part is, all the attractions are year-round so you don’t even have to worry about missing out!

The Red Sea Project – 2023

This project is almost done and could open up to everyone this year! The Red Sea project is known to be one of the most progressive schemes in the Kingdom. The luxury resort will feature beautiful private islands, landscapes, a BUNCH of hotels, and the most beautiful mountain ranges to wake up to!

Sindalah Island – 2024

This beautiful island is yet another mega-project by NEOM, set to open doors to the public by 2024. The island will feature over forty restaurants, three different hotels, its own yacht club, and even a HUGE beach that covers around 840 thousand square meters of land! Get ready to yacht, snorkel, kayak and scuba dive at this happening island next year!

King Salman Park – 2024

Get ready to picnic every weekend because Riyadh is getting its very own perfected version of Central Park! This dreamy green utopia will feature different facilities for picnics, sports, museums, and even art galleries. King Salman Park will also welcome a Royal Arts Complex, a National  Theatre, and From relaxing in the verdant, tree-lined open garden areas to exploring the Royal Arts Complex and its very own skydiving center!
