Located in the eastern part of Jeddah, the fruits and vegetable market has historically been male-dominated, from the vendors to the buyers—almost everyone was male. But now a new development is probably going to change that as a Saudi woman has got a license to sell at the place.

Salha Al-Krathi is not only the first licensed female vendor in Jeddah but the first in the entire country as well.

Photos of her in the market have gone viral on social media.
