Several countries around the world are witnessing a spike in COVID-19 cases, Saudi Arabia too has seen a smaller increase in the number of new COVID-19 cases as they recently crossed the 500-case threshold for the first time in a long time.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health has announced on its official Twitter account that 524 new COVID-19 cases have been detected in the Kingdom.

Given the increased number of COVID-19 cases, if you haven’t scheduled your booster shot yet, now is the time. Moreover, the authorities have made booster shots available to all, and just last week, the Kingdom began administering COVID-19 vaccines to children under the age of 12.

Reminder: From February 1st of next year, booster vaccinations will be required to attend events and utilize public transportation.
