New Taxis Have Been Officially Launched At King Khalid International Airport

Minister of Transport Saleh Al-Jasser launched the new taxi project at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh yesterday.

According to the Public Authority for Transport, the new taxis will be launched gradually inside cities following the initial airport launch.

The Public Authority for Transport, in cooperation with the Tourism Authority, is working to upgrade the taxi fleet and the level of service provided.

The new vehicles sport a nice shade of green that resembles that of the Saudi flag. They are equipped with the latest technologies, including electronic payment systems and GPS.
